Real projects
You work on client projects that really go live. Eleven of them are already on the web.
Short paths
Small team, no departmental loops. You talk directly to the people who decide.
A model that fits
Part-time, working student or freelance. We adapt to your situation, not the other way round.
Onboarding included
You don’t need to know everything. We show you what’s missing before you start on your own.
Open positions
Five zones, one team.
- ModelFlexible: part-time, working student or freelance
- LocationLüchow, a lot of it remote
- StartImmediately or by arrangement
Core zoneAI agents & automation (all genders)
- All zones
- Build and run agents
- newly created
The zone that serves all the others. You work with the whole AI toolbox and build agents that take on tasks from sales, development, marketing and IT service. Not as a side gimmick, but as the way we work.
Your tasks
- Build agents and automations that take over real work steps – from research to the finished draft
- Choose the right AI stack, connect it and keep it up to date
- Check and refine results until they can go to the client without rework
- Share your knowledge with the team so every zone benefits
What you bring
- You have done more with AI tools than having them write texts for you
- You think in workflows: what can be broken down, what can be handed off, what stays with people
- You check results critically instead of just believing them
- Prior knowledge from one of the other zones is a plus, not a requirement

What you bring
- You get hardware, software and networks running

- A driving licence is helpful for on-site visits
Internships
Have a look first, then decide.
School internship
Work experience, usually one to three weeks. You see how a first conversation becomes a finished website, and you take on a small task of your own.
Mandatory or specialist internship
For students who want to do more than watch. You take on a real part of a client project, supported by someone from the team.
Open internship
Orientation, retraining or returning to work? Write to us about what you have in mind and how much time you have. There is usually a way.
